Whenever possible, I aim to quote a fixed professional fees for Notarial Services in advance for each instruction.  If that is not possible, I shall provide an indication of the likely fees and the basis for calculating the same and as soon as it is possible to confirm the precise professional fees I shall do so. I charge on a time basis, where providing a fixed Professional fees is not possible and my fees per hour is £200 and have a minimum charge of £85 for any piece of notarial work. I am not currently registered for VAT.

There may be additional costs such as legalisation fees, handling and administration charges, courier charges and postage etc., in addition to my professional fees.  These will be identified and included in my fees quote.​ For more information on fees, please contact me.

I am authorised to practise as a Notary Public throughout England and Wales and am regulated by the Master of Faculties, pursuant to the Legal Services Act 2007, through the Faculty Office of the Archbishop of Canterbury. Both myself and Maidenhead Notary Limited are insured for professional indemnity up to £1,000,000 with the worldwide insurance coverage.
